VIN ROWE DEMOS NEW EINBÖCK TAIFUN

Vin Rowe Farm Machinery is the Australian Importer for Austrian made Einböck range of weeding and tillage equipment.
We recently undertook a number of demonstrations of the Taifun Cultivator in the Ballarat district.
The Taifun is a multipurpose machine for seed bed preparation – suitable for large or small acreage.
The machine received almost universal acclaim for its performance and ability to handle a variety of conditions with ease.
The Taifun also receive praise from growers for its ability to level and prepare a seed bed.

The Ballarat area is characterized by some very stony areas and the Taifun handled these conditions very well. In Rape, the Taifun removed nearly all stubble on a double pass.

Area farmers were also impressed with how easy the Taifun was to set up and swap from tractor to tractor if needed.

All in all the general consensus from Ballarat farmers is that the Taifun is an excellent secondary cultivator with a high quality and sturdy build and impressed with its ability to handle a wide variety of soil types.

VIN ROWE FARM MACHINERY APPOINTED AS
KYMCO DEALER

They are one of the world’s largest manufacturers of power-driven products and now Kymco is coming to Warragul.

Vin Rowe Farm Machinery has recently been appointed the dealer for Kymco’s top quality range of All Terrain Vehicles (ATV’s) and Scooters.

For the past nine years, Kymco has been successfully marketing its range of scooters to
become the fourth largest scooter supplier in Australia.

And now the company has launched a tough and reliable range of All Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) tailored for Australian conditions, along with a range of entry-level motorcycles and an exciting new range of scooters.

While still in its relatively early stages in Australia, Kymco is a global phenomenon.

The company manufactured over 570,000 vehicles last year, which means that every 55
seconds someone, somewhere in the world is purchasing a Kymco.

“Kymco is one of the few “self-sufficient” companies across the globe, manufacturing almost all of its own components, from wheels to carburettors and engines to brake pads,” says Stuart McLean, Chief Executive Officer of Kymco Australia & New Zealand. “Where other
manufacturers have buyers running around Asia sourcing parts and components, most of what you see on a Kymco is manufactured by Kymco itself.”

“We are delighted to have a dealer of the calibre of Vin Rowe Farm Machinery to provide an exceptional level of service to our customers in the Gippsland region.”

The team at Vin Rowe are a perfect fit for Kymco, who know nothing but quality in everything they do. The company has been awarded ISO 9001 – the world manufacturing quality assurance rating.

The company has forged a strong relationship with the global scooter and motorcycle industry, manufacturing engines for BMW Motorcycles, ATVs for Arctic Cat, along with a number of other manufacturers.  The company has recently entered an agreement with Kawasaki to manufacture engines for a number of its ATV models as well.

Kymco was actually first established in 1963 to manufacture parts for Honda.  The company manufactured its first scooter in 1970 and began marketing under the Kymco banner in 1992 when its association with Honda ended.

Kymco’s headquarters are located in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, and the company manufactures through five production factories across Asia. Over 17% of the substantial Kymco workforce is dedicated to research and development alone, including developing tailored products for global markets such as Australia and New Zealand.

This product development is evident in Kymco’s new range of ATVs, which have been recently launched in Australia. Acknowledging the fact that the Australian and New Zealand markets are agriculturally-focused, Kymco has produced a range of hard-working and reliable ATV’s designed specifically for both farm and recreational use.

Take the Kymco UXV 500 side x side utility vehicle, which comes complete with 4 Wheel Drive, class leading independent suspension on the front and rear, a 500cc engine, a whopping 31cm ground clearance and a towing capacity of 550kg to boot.

Or the Kymco MXU 300, 400 and 500 ATVs, which are taking the market by storm with their
performance and utility. The 400 and 500 come complete with selectable 2WD/4WD that can be changed on the fly, automatic CVT transmission, the power of a Kymco 300/400/500 engine and huge towing and carrying capabilities. The MXU 500 can tow 454kg and carry 85kg on the rear rack and 45kg on the front, while the MXU 400 can tow 447kg and is rated to carry a combined 102kg on the front and rear racks. Add to this front and rear disc brakes and high/low range drive systems (400 & 500 only) and you have a package sure to please all farmers.

All Kymco UXV and MXU models are supported by a 2-Year Factory Warranty.

And at Kymco, it’s not all work and no play. There’s also the Maxxer 300 for trail riders,
featuring a 270cc engine, automatic transmission and 25cm ground clearance for tackling either the trail or the track. And for the kids, there’s the Maxxer 50 & 90. Both models come complete with automatic CVT transmission, lanyard safety switch, electric ignition with kick-start back-up and a 49cc/89cc engine.

Kymco scooters are an interesting new product for Vin Rowe Farm Machinery.  With 2 stroke and 4 stroke models ranging from 50cc up to 500cc there is a scooter to suit anyone.  With ever increasing petrol prices and the hilly countryside in the area, a scooter may just be the perfect compromise between car and bike.  Prices start at just $2,290.

Vin Rowe will be launching its new range of ATVs and Scooters on Saturday, November 21 at 3 Endeavour Street from 10am to1pm.

Come and visit to have a chance to win a 19 inch LCD TV / DVD Player unit.  A free sausage sizzle and giveaways as well as kids face painting will also be happening on the day.

NG PLUS 3 EXTEND

MONOSEM ~ NG Plus 3 Extend
New MONOSEM pneumatic precision planter with
variable inter-row spacing.

The NG Plus 3 Extend is a 6-row precision planter enabling the rapid change of inter row spacings by hydraulic control from the tractor cab. The variable inter row spacing system with double telescopic bar enables spacings of 45, 50, 55, 60, 70, 75 and 80 cm.

The Extend Frame :
The Extend frame is the main novelty on this planter. It is made up of two hydraulic telescopic bars that ensure the lateral movement of the metering units in order to change the inter row spacings.
It is equipped in the standard version with wide wheels for a constant drive of the metering units. The rapid adjustment in width enables an easy adaptation to the tractor tread.
The drive of the metering unit is ensured by a reinforced transmission. The seed spacing gearbox is situated on the extreme left side of the planter for easy access and a rapid changing of the sprockets. The interchangeable sprockets offer a wide choice of seed populations.

The NG Plus 3 metering unit
The planting system with double discs, resting on the ground directly in line with the seed drop, the NG Plus is a multi-purpose unit. For changing from sugarbeet planting to maize planting, there are no shoes to change. The inter row spacing just needs to adjusted hydraulically, the seed discs changed and the seed spacing gearbox adjusted.
Furthermore the PRO press wheel improves the plant emergence for maize, sunflower, sugarbeet or rapeseed.

High capacity fertilizer and Microsem attachment
The NG Plus 3 Extend can be equipped on option with a high capacity fertilizer attachment with double discs. This fertilizer has, as a standard feature, an easy adjusting variable drive unit. The microgranular Microsem attachment is also available on option and is equipped with a variable drive unit. A platform gives easy access for filling of fertilizer and Microsem hoppers.

ROUND BALE WRAPPERS

- Universal bale wrapper for all requirements
- Can be worked behind a tractor, or in-line with a baler
- Trouble free wrapping on slopes
- Simple Can-Bus Monitor
- High output

AGRONIC Model 1022

A new generation of bale wrappers
The AGRONIC 1022 with its twin arm 750mm pre-stretch units is     designed with contractors and larger farming units in mind.
The main advantage of this wrapper is in the design of the loading arm. When working directly behind the tractor, the wrapper is placed to one side. This means that the bale is picked up and dropped in the same direction as the baler.

The whole wrapping sequence is worked and controlled automatically. As soon as the bale activates the loading sensor on the loading arm, the wrapping sequence starts.
As the drawbar is hydraulic, it is extremely easy to line up the AGRONIC wrapper with the bale.
Used “In Line”, the wrapper is automatically set to work by means of a sensor in the baler chamber door.
Once the chamber door is closed the operator can drive on and bale the next bale. As the driver moves off the AGRONIC 1022 automatically picks up the bale, wraps it and then signals that it is ready to be unloaded.
If one film roll runs out the wrapper stops and give the operator a choice to continue wrapping with only one roll, increasing the number of revolutions of the pre-stretch unit automatically, or to install a new roll.
The unique scissors action cut and tie gather the film and hold it for the next bale.
Once the bale is wrapped the next can be loaded onto the loading arm.
The wrapped bale is gently unloaded by pressing a button on the control box. The next bale can then be wrapped automatically. This allows for transport of up to three bales.
